What is the return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our press-on nails. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
Please carefully check your selection before placing your order. If you are unsure, we recommend reaching out to us prior to purchase so we can help you choose the best fit.
A product in my order arrived broken/damaged, can I get a refund/replacement?
If by chance your parcel happens to arrive damaged or broken, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately by emailing - help@pressitnails.com.au
Can I refund an E-Giftcard?
E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. E-Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
A purchase that has been made using an E-Gift Card as the payment method for an order, cannot be excluded from guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If you paid for an order using an E-Gift Card a new E-Gift Card will be issued to your email for the value of the return or refund.
